On April 28, the launching ceremony and implementation scheme review meeting of the "coal mine auxiliary transportation robot in complex geological conditions", key special project of intelligent robots in the national key R & D plan, was held in Guiyang. The meeting was presided over by Xu Zaigang, chief engineer of Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group. Lan Haiping, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman and general manager of Guizhou Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group, Zhou Guoqing, vice president of China University of Mining and Technology, and Lin Hao, deputy director of Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology, successively addressed the meeting. Comrades from relevant departments of Guizhou Energy Administration, relevant leaders and experts from 10 project-undertaking units attended the meeting.

Xu Zaigang, chief engineer of Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group, announced the list of "two groups and one committee" and issued letters of appointment to the experts of the overall project team, the technical expert team and the user committee; Professor Li Di, an expert in the key special responsibility of intelligent robots, interpreted the project management measures of the national key R & D plan. The technical expert group reviewed the implementation plan proposed by the project team and issued review comments.

In recent years, under the strong leadership of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Government, with the full cooperation of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Guizhou Energy Administration and other brother departments, and with the strong support of many leading enterprises in the coal industry in the province, such as Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group, the digital economy and the coal industry have achieved deep integration and development, and scientific and technological innovation in the coal field has made rapid progress and achieved remarkable results. In 2020, the mechanization rate of coal recovery mining and the intellectualization rate of coal mine auxiliary systems in Guizhou Province jointly achieved "**", and four coal mining enterprises were rated as national intelligent demonstration mines, including Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine, the mine where the project was implemented. The implementation of this project is another important exploration for Guizhou coal mines to enter the explosive period of superimposed information linkage development after realizing mechanization, and then to promote the application of artificial intelligence. At the same time, Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology has also arranged the "intelligent coal mining technology based on industrial Internet", a major provincial science and technology project, in Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine; in the next step, it will work with the Provincial Energy Administration to promote the implementation of the "application and demonstration of 5g technology in coal mines", a project in the provincial key support plan. Driven by these projects, Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Guizhou Energy Administration, together with Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group, will gather the strength of excellent and powerful enterprises and scientific research institutes in the coal industry at home and abroad to promote the intelligent level of Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine to a new level, so as to create a "Guizhou model" for the integration of national big data and real economy, and provide reference for the high-quality development of the national coal industry.

At the meeting, Lin Hao expressed his sincere thanks to the scientific research teams outside the province for their support of scientific and technological innovation in Guizhou Province, and to Pan Jiang Coal and Electricity REFCO Group for its hard work. At the same time, he also hoped that the project team would fully listen to the opinions and suggestions of experts on the implementation plan, strictly follow the project objectives, tasks and time nodes, reasonably plan and layout the project schedule, and successfully complete all research work with quality and quantity. Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology will continue to pay attention to the progress of the project, do a good job in follow-up service and management as always, and continue to work together with the project team, so as to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and with high quality.
